Hello!! Amazing JPVLC family, Breakthrough Prayer family, and all our wonderful partners and friends!
I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for your unwavering commitment, partnership, and the love that you show for JPVLC, myself (Pastor Austin 😊) and the powerful work that we’ve been assigned to do.
As many of you are aware, we are being charged an extremely absorbent yearly CAM charge (property taxes and insurance) due to the sale of the property a few years ago.
Last year we paid this through monthly installments, and we expected the same this year.
However, after failed negotiations, the property manager unexpectantly has demanded full payment including the current lease payment, totaling $30,000 due immediately.
This could be disheartening, but we refuse to be defeated!
JPVLC is a lighthouse - a place of love, miracles, breakthroughs and empowerment and we will not allow the enemy to steal ground (intentionally or unintentionally) that God has entrusted to us. Amen!
A few faithful people have already stepped up and given, Thank you, thank you, thank you! Now I’m asking the rest of our JPVLC family, Breakthrough Prayer family and our dear friends to “Rise to The Occasion”.
